Meet the Founders
In the summer of 1988, LaDonna met a boy named Justin, and the two quickly became best friends.
Over the next 25 years, life took them in different directions, but fate had other plans. In 2014, they reunited, blended their families, and earned the nickname "Team Dawson." With eight kids between them—busy with sports, church, and other activities—their household is always lively. Through all the chaos and joy, LaDonna and Justin’s teamwork and love for their family have remained the heart of everything they do.
The Idea & Launch
The business idea sparked at a volleyball tournament, where LaDonna noticed water bottles as canvases of self-expression. Inspired, she explored combining this trend with fundraising.
In the spring of 2019, Team Dawson launched their first fundraiser, helping OC Softball sell over 300 custom water bottles. Since then, they’ve partnered with high school teams, club sports, and community organizations, empowering them to smash their fundraising goals.
Their impact extends beyond fundraisers, with businesses ordering to promote brands and support employees. Team Dawson transforms water bottles into tools for connection—and they’re just getting started!
